Our algorithms analyze performance metrics, audience behavior, and campaign settings to identify opportunities for improved results. This processing is essential to providing our core service of LinkedIn advertising optimization and performance enhancement.

Under Australian privacy law and applicable international regulations, we process your personal information based on:

LinkedIn Data Retention

We comply with the LinkedIn Marketing API Program’s data-storage limits and always delete or refresh LinkedIn data within the periods these limits allow. The specific retention periods for different types of LinkedIn data vary based on the data type and can be found in LinkedIn’s official documentation at: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/linkedin/marketing/data-storage-requirements

We never store Microsoft Bing Maps location IDs, in line with LinkedIn’s prohibition on caching that data.

Where LinkedIn’s requirements prohibit storage, we re-query LinkedIn in real-time rather than keep a local copy. When you revoke access to your LinkedIn account, we delete your OAuth tokens immediately and all retained LinkedIn data (other than aggregated, non-identifiable statistics) within 24 hours.
